School programs and Teacher Professional Development

Programs

Programs at Casey Tech School

At Casey Tech School, our programs are designed to connect curriculum learning with real-world application. We support students and educators to explore future-focused skills, technologies and pathways through meaningful STEAM experiences.

We work in partnership with secondary schools, industry and tertiary institutions to deliver engaging programs that complement classroom learning, broaden student aspirations and strengthen teacher practice.

School Programs

Students tackle real-world challenges in our purpose-built learning spaces, developing technical skills alongside critical thinking, collaboration and problem-solving using emerging technologies.

Our programs are:

  • Curriculum-aligned and delivered by expert facilitators with industry and education backgrounds
  • Hands-on, using industry-relevant tools and technologies
  • Flexible to suit different school needs
  • Provided at no cost to partner schools, including transport

All programs are designed to be inclusive, engaging and accessible.

Teacher Professional Development

Practical, collaborative sessions where teachers engage with emerging technologies and contemporary pedagogies, gaining strategies they can apply directly in their classroom.

Sessions focus on:

  • Integrating STEAM approaches across curriculum areas
  • Using emerging technologies to enhance engagement and learning
  • Designing authentic, inquiry-based learning experiences

Professional development can be delivered as standalone sessions or embedded within school programs, where teachers observe, participate and reflect alongside their students.

Teachers who cofacilitate programs and workshops onsite can document evidence aligned to AITSL standards to accrue hours towards VIT registration.
